If you do not agree, do not use the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supplemental terms or policies posted on the Site are incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms at any time. The \u201cLast updated\u201d date will change accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after such updates constitutes acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Site is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or would subject us to any registration requirement. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for all activities under your account. We may reclaim or change any username that is inappropriate or infringes rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree not to, among other things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Systematically retrieve data or content to create a database\/directory without our written consent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make unauthorized use of the Site (e.g., scraping emails, creating accounts under false pretenses);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Site to advertise or sell goods\/services not authorized by us;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circumvent or interfere with security features;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in unauthorized framing\/linking;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impersonate others or sell\/transfer your profile;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use automated systems (spiders, robots, scrapers) without permission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfere with or unduly burden the Site or its networks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload\/transmit viruses or harmful code;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post or submit doxxing content, stalking tools, or content that facilitates unlawful surveillance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Site in violation of laws or these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Site allows you to post\/upload content (\u201cContributions\u201d), you represent you own or have necessary rights to such Contributions; they do not infringe third-party rights; they are not unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or deceptive; and they comply with applicable laws and these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may edit, remove, categorize, or moderate Contributions at our discretion. Contributions viewable on the Site or third-party services should be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CONTRIBUTION LICENSE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By posting Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, translate, adapt, and create derivative works from your Contributions in any media. You waive moral rights to the extent permitted by law. You retain ownership of your Contributions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If reviews\/ratings are enabled, you must have firsthand experience, avoid profanity\/hate, avoid illegal references, disclose conflicts, avoid false statements, and not coordinate review campaigns. By posting a review, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, display, and distribute review content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SOCIAL MEDIA \/ THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you link third-party accounts, you represent you have the right to do so. Third-party content availability depends on those services and their policies. Your relationship with third-party providers is governed by your agreements with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SUBMISSIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any ideas, feedback, or suggestions you send us (\u201cSubmissions\u201d) are non-confidential and become our property. We may use them without restriction or compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Site may contain links to third-party websites and content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party sites\/content. If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with sufficient details for evaluation under applicable EU\/Spanish law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TERM AND TERMINATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may deny access to the Site to any person for any reason or no reason, and may terminate\/suspend accounts or remove content without notice. You may not register a new account if suspended or terminated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may change or remove Site content at any time without notice and are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance. You consent to personal jurisdiction and waive defenses of improper venue and forum non conveniens.
