AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and OSINTTECH.COM (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the OSINTTECH.COM website and any related media channels or services (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site (also accessible by OSINTTechnology.com and OSINTTechnologies.com), you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Supplemental terms or policies posted on the Site are incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after such updates constitutes acceptance.
The Site is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or would subject us to any registration requirement. Those who access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Age Requirement: The Site is intended for users 18 years and older. Persons under 18 are not permitted to register or use the Site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its content, and the trademarks/service marks (“Marks”) are owned or licensed by us and protected by applicable laws. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent that:
- Any registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you will maintain it;
- You have legal capacity and agree to these Terms;
- You are 18+;
- You will not access the Site via automated or non-human means (bots, scripts, etc.);
- You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
- Your use of the Site complies with applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account for false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
USER REGISTRATION
You may need to register. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for all activities under your account. We may reclaim or change any username that is inappropriate or infringes rights.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to, among other things:
- Systematically retrieve data or content to create a database/directory without our written consent;
- Make unauthorized use of the Site (e.g., scraping emails, creating accounts under false pretenses);
- Use the Site to advertise or sell goods/services not authorized by us;
- Circumvent or interfere with security features;
- Engage in unauthorized framing/linking;
- Impersonate others or sell/transfer your profile;
- Use automated systems (spiders, robots, scrapers) without permission;
- Interfere with or unduly burden the Site or its networks;
- Upload/transmit viruses or harmful code;
- Post or submit doxxing content, stalking tools, or content that facilitates unlawful surveillance;
- Use the Site in violation of laws or these Terms.
USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
If the Site allows you to post/upload content (“Contributions”), you represent you own or have necessary rights to such Contributions; they do not infringe third-party rights; they are not unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or deceptive; and they comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
We may edit, remove, categorize, or moderate Contributions at our discretion. Contributions viewable on the Site or third-party services should be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By posting Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, translate, adapt, and create derivative works from your Contributions in any media. You waive moral rights to the extent permitted by law. You retain ownership of your Contributions.
GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
If reviews/ratings are enabled, you must have firsthand experience, avoid profanity/hate, avoid illegal references, disclose conflicts, avoid false statements, and not coordinate review campaigns. By posting a review, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, display, and distribute review content.
SOCIAL MEDIA / THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS
If you link third-party accounts, you represent you have the right to do so. Third-party content availability depends on those services and their policies. Your relationship with third-party providers is governed by your agreements with them.
SUBMISSIONS
Any ideas, feedback, or suggestions you send us (“Submissions”) are non-confidential and become our property. We may use them without restriction or compensation.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party sites/content. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
ADVERTISERS & AFFILIATES
We may display ads and include affiliate links. Advertisers are solely responsible for their ads and compliance (IP, publicity, contractual rights). Disclosure: We may earn commissions from qualifying purchases via affiliate links, in accordance with EU/Spanish and FTC guidance.
SITE MANAGEMENT
We may monitor the Site for violations, take legal action, restrict access to Contributions, remove excessive/burdensome content, and otherwise manage the Site to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.
PRIVACY POLICY
Please review our Privacy Policy (posted on the Site). By using the Site, you agree to it. For EEA/UK users, we process personal data under the GDPR and applicable Spanish law. If we transfer data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE & TAKEDOWN (EU/Spain)
We respect intellectual property. If you believe material on or linked from the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice with:
- Identification of the work(s) claimed infringed;
- Identification/URL of the allegedly infringing material;
- Your contact details (name, address, email);
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; and
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized agent.

TERM AND TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may deny access to the Site to any person for any reason or no reason, and may terminate/suspend accounts or remove content without notice. You may not register a new account if suspended or terminated.
MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We may change or remove Site content at any time without notice and are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
(Courts of Madrid, Spain)
Any legal action between you and us shall be brought in the courts of Madrid, Spain. You consent to personal jurisdiction and waive defenses of improper venue and forum non conveniens. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. Limitation period: to the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises.
CORRECTIONS
The Site may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time without notice.
DISCLAIMER
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL). Cap (optional): Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your Contributions, your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
USER DATA
We maintain certain data related to Site operations. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for loss or corruption of data.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that electronic agreements, notices, and records satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing.
